Shipping & Delivery

Regular orders: 1-3 business days.

Custom orders: 1-5 business days.

Orders are processed for delivery on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. Customer orders can take between 1 to 5 business days. During peak sales periods, fulfilment times may be extended and as a consequence your order may take longer to be dispatched. We offer optional express shipping to selected countries which may be selected at checkout, if you require your order urgently.

All our international orders are shipped with Australia Post and their partner carriers once your order arrives in the destination country. The shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the destination country and weight of your order.

Please note that the transit time can vary depending on the destination country and size of order. We advise that you check your local post website using your tracking number. Any international customs and duty charges are your responsibility.

Yes, we do! We offer free shipping to selected countries for orders over a particular amount.

Australian customers

Free shipping for orders over $80 AUD and free express shipping for orders over $150 AUD.

International order

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 NZD for New Zealand customers, and orders over $200 for United States, and Canada.

New Zealand

Standard post: 5-8 business days, Express post: 2-5 business days

United States

Standard post: 6-9 business days, Express post: 3-6 business days

Canada

Standard post: 6-9 business days, Express post: 3-6 business days

United Kingdom

Standard post: 6-8 business days, Express post: 4-6 business days

If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please email us immediately with your order number at hello@notedco.com.au. Once the shipping process has begun, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change the order.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are not liable for non-delivery or incorrect delivery as a result of an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we cannot control and are not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues. We do not offer refunds on shipping costs for shipments that do not meet the delivery timeframes given by third party couriers.

If you have not received your order within 21 days or suspect your order might be lost, please get in contact with your local postal carrier and send us an email as well and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that investigations with the courier may take up to 5 business days to complete. For lost or damaged shipments, please ensure that you contact us within 60 days of placing your order. We cannot guarantee a reship or refund for customers who contact us outside of this timeframe.

If your parcel has been returned to sender due to an incorrect address, and you would like us to send it back to you at your shipping expense, we are more than happy to do so. Please be aware that ‘return to sender’ parcels are delivered back to via the most economical route and can take months.

We currently not accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges for our products. Please read our product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have any questions. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us hello@notedco.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order for further assistance.
