Q. What sizes do you offer?

We offer pocket, A6, personal, personal wide, FC Compact, A5, Half letter, and Mini HP, across our range of inserts and dashboards.

Q. What size will fit my planner?

Please refer to our Size Guide for dimensions and more details. If you're unsure which insert size you need for your planner, please contact us and we'd be happy to help you find the right size.

Q. Why are some of your inserts not available in the full range of sizes?

For functionality purposes, certain inserts would not be practical or functional in smaller planner sizes. If a size option for the printable you like is not available, please send us an email and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to most countries around the world. If you do not see your country at checkout, please email us to see if shipping to your destination can be made available.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to process your order within 1-3 business days. Whilst we endeavor to process your order as quickly as possible, please allow extended processing times of up to an additional 10 business days during holidays, sales and high volume orders.

We currently not accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges for our products. Please read our product descriptions carefully and contact us if you have any questions. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us hello@notedco.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order for further assistance.

Q. I have a discount code but I can’t find where to enter it

Once you have finished shopping, you can checkout through the ‘cart’ icon on the top right of your screen. When you enter your shipping details you will be given the option to enter a “discount code”. Please note if you do not apply your discount code before completing the payment, we may not be able to accept the code.

Q. I have a discount code but it doesn’t work.

Please check whether your order total meets the minimum to use the discount code. Otherwise, please send us an email with your discount code and we’ll be able to assist you further.

Q. I used a gift card from your loyalty program but it did not give me the correct discount.

Our loyalty program gift cards are issued in Australian dollars. If you check out in a different currency, the gift card will be automatically converted to your currency.
